User Account

Use of the Service

• Permitted Uses: Users may upload images, videos, and GIFs, create stickers, and post content either publicly or privately.
• Prohibited Uses: Users shall not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.
• Keyboard Extension: Gifbey includes an optional keyboard extension. By enabling it in your device settings, you acknowledge that the operating system may allow the keyboard to access the text you type. The Gifbey Keyboard does not collect or transmit typed text except for text you intentionally submit through the keyboard's search bar (such as GIF or sticker search queries).

Content

• Ownership and Rights: Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Gifbey a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the service.
• Sharing and Adaptation of Content: By posting content publicly, users grant other users of the application a non-exclusive license to use, adapt, and share that content within the application according to the app's functionalities and features.
• Content Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for their content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. Users must ensure their content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.
• Content Removal and Reporting: Gifbey reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is reported as infringing upon the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

Intellectual Property

• Respect for Rights: Users must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights and trademarks.
• Infringement Claims: If content is reported as infringing upon intellectual property, it may be removed without prior notice.

Termination

• Liability: Gifbey will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our service.
